After years of playing TTDLX and OTTD I reconed it was about time to join the forum.

Yeah, as you can see I quite like the Dutch trainset so a word of thanks to you and all other contributors is in place!

As promised i present you: the founding of Lage Landen Transport!
A relatively flat map with ECS vectors, cargodist for passengers and quite a large number of new GRF's.

Lage Landen transport starts construction in January 1920 near Sudham. Sudham is the second largest city and located near the center of the map.
The first line is a coal transport to make some money.

The second addition is a tram circle-route serving all of Sudham and a train station for the soon-to-be train connection with Pinnton. Pinnton is the largest city and located west of Sudham.

Is your TTRS working fine? I only see those gray flats. I had the same, due to the combination with ECS and Swedish houses. After a while I found a GRF order and the right parameters under which it is working fine (Only after 1930).

Why don't you have the TTRS roads?

I wondered the same thing when I only saw those grey flats, so I started a new game with the exact same GFR's and parameters loaded in 1950, and saw that all was fine. The game is currently only in 1924 so I will see how it develops over the coming years.

The reason I don't have the TTRS roads is that I disabled them, because I do not particularly like them. I have re-enabled them in the meantime though as asphalt roads in the 20's isn't really realistic...
So the next shots will feature TTRS roads up until 1945 or so.

Possibly the key date from where it not bugged is 1930, tha tdatew orked for me.

In early years TTRS roads are not asphalt. They are concrete/brick (grey) paved

With the express connection to Pinnton finished the company decided to add two local lines:
The first being: Sudham - Sardinghall - Frudhead and the second: Sardinghall - Pinnton. These lines did not require much extra infrastructure as they mainly run along the existing express and coal lines. Also the speed difference between the freight and passenger trains is not large enough to be worth a dedicated track. This Brings the map to the folowing: Sardinghall jusction and station. A train can be seen leaving in the direction of Pinnton. Also the newly purchased busses serving Sardinghall can be seen Frudhead: a quiet seaside town, and a popular destination for a day at the coast. @A321 Pilot: Thnx wil do!

@Jor[D]1 The cities are already looking better. Yes I know the early TTRS roads are grey paved, what I meant was that since that shots I have switched back to TTRS roadsdue to the asphalt not being very realistic.

With the population in the two major cities rapidly increasing, there is a need for food and gasoline.
Therefore the company has made significant efforts to get oil refined to produce gasoline and fertilizer. Raw oil is being supplied by trains from the south (random livery) and trucks from the nort-west. On the north-west side there is a dedicated track for the gasoline trains (blue livery). The remaining two tracks are reserved for the refined product trains (white livery). A scene of Pinnton. In the sout-east corner the siding can be seen where gasoline is unloaded from the trains. It is then pumped to a tram station at the other side of the rail from where it is taken to gas stations in the city center. The chemical plant producing fertilizer:

With the suplie of ferilizer the fruit production is increasing rapidly! Loads of boxes can be seen waiting while a full train departs. Fertilizer is being transferred to the siding in the south, than taken to the plantation by trucks. In the north the newly built local passenger station with bypass for freight and expresse passengers can be seen. The fruit storage depot. During the production season fruit is taken to this refrigerated warehouse where it is stored until it can be processed by the nearby food processing plant. The map in January 1930 at the 10 year aniversary of Lage Landen Transport. As you can see the network has expanded significantly by now. The company now runs 45 trains, 80 rv's, and transports six different cargoes.
