OT first - LNM and Ark - don't exagerate with force Jacko's Corsh. That's not fair.

Now...
Ark Royal wrote:Here is the map showing african land we that we suggest should be given up AS A MINIMUM.
This is not what we voted for. The dispute between Aternia and Corsh was about Mexico. If you wish to argue Corsh in Africa, you should address this in a separate case in front of the ICJ and ICN.

Therefore and until proven otherwise, we reject ANY kind of border changes in Africa. ANY Wildebeestian intrusion in Corsh territory will be seen as a hostile act of agression. And I think you know what Kira does in those circumstances.

Semi-OT - veto.
LIST OF RULES...
2.3. Seceding is permitted, only if the "leader/owner" of a country decides it. The new territory must merge with another country or become a new, separate country administered by someone else.
Only Jacko can hold or authorize others to hold plebiscites.
---

OT again - several of these last posts should be in the Nations Game thread, not here. Only cases or resolutions or similar proposals should be here.

You doubled your country in-size with a map update. Not the size of the Uk, but Taking Territory that was so big, it actually contains around 9 different, separately lead country's IRL. So really, whose been ridiculous? Me, for finding a role-play reason for taking a large amount of land quickly, or You, for taking around 2 country's per year without a fight, financial problem, governmental issue, protest, a vote or even a mention to the rest of the world?

You wont have to budge, just pick up your dead, that's all we ask.

Aternia votes yes on Res 20, and offers a tactical, undisclosed force to those nations willing to join. We will also front the military assault if need be.

*Chairman Bullson stands up in the ICN debate room (or where ever the country's meet to talk in the ICN)*

"While we sit and talk, Corsh prepares! They make threats against the ICN peace keeping force currently been established. All the while, we all sit and wait for this damn resolution to be voted on! While other nations take their time filling out a damn voting slip, Corsh builds its army ready to defend and attack any peace force to strike at Mexico! While we discuss politics, they round up more meat for the military grinder! How many innocent Mexican soldiers are going to die, forced to fight against us by their tyrant leader! This is not the time for politics, it is the time for action! Do not expect Aternia to send in a small military target for Corsh to destroy! We will ensure that our might is seen and our Mexican friends freed, by any force necessary!

You can take me in front of the ICC, but ill be damn sure to have liberated Mexico before that!"

Res #21 (OT - I borrowed LNM's and edited it)

International Council of Nations,

CONSIDERING That the ICN has voted against Corsh

REQUESTS That Corsh removes itself from areas illegally taken

DEFINES areas illegally taken as Egypt, Lybia, Kenya, Ethiopia and part of the Sudan.

AWARE That withdrawal from these areas takes time

SUGGESTS that Corsh should be removed within 2 years

REQUESTS That a military force be used in the event that Corsh fails to leave these areas within the allotted time.

We will be sending in forces to ensure that you are preparing to retreat

NO, it never got voted on before, I got confused between LNM's res #20 and Voyager's res #20. We never voted on you in africa. Hence my resolution

hence you're being ridiculous
plus you were never supported by anyone concerning African Expansion
even LNM who started the Mexico thing didn't support you.

If the resolution gets enough votes then it will come into effect and we will be expecting you to leave.

If it doesnt, we wont

We claim a veto on this resolution for the following reason(s):

1.
Ark Royal wrote:CONSIDERING That the ICN has voted against Corsh
The ICN has NEVER voted on Corsh. The ICJ has vote on Corsh illegal presence in Mexico and the Caribbeans, NEVER Africa - this was rejected.

2.
Ark Royal wrote:REQUESTS That Corsh removes itself from areas illegally taken
The ICN has NEVER declared that Corsh has illegally taken African territories.

3.
Ark Royal wrote:DEFINES areas illegally taken as Egypt, Lybia, Kenya, Ethiopia and part of the Sudan.
With the previous point, this is untrue.
---

Kira call on Wildebeestia to stop trying to show its own views as something already accepted by all. This is the second time Wildebeestia tries to "cheat" ICN members and we PROMISE that we will not like a third time.

OT - @ Voyager - please dont blame this on Wildebeestia, it is my mess-up - I dont have enough time to fully take everything in, so I occasionally get a few things wrong. (And I just copied LNM's resolution and changed the names)

My bad

@ Voyager - What do I need to do in order to bring a case against corsh for press-ganging and illegal invasion? (that's pressganging their own people when they invaded)
