Not everybody can do that, only moderators and admins. If you feel the topic shouldn't have been locked contact the mod who closed it, eis_os in this case.

This was my reduced pm answer, before I could read this topic...
Yes, but we already had a discussion about it.

We have an open topic about how grf files should be handled in general.
Your post only said you are upset and asking why it happens.
The only answers what you can get is because copyright problems...
And your tile clearly says:
what is the problem with new oil tranker railcar
And the answer is already two post below discussed in the original thread,
MB doesn't allowed it and requested to remove it.
I can open it, but you have to give me a good reason and a proper subject line about what you want with your post.

It wouldn't had locked when you clearly showed what you want to do.
Like that in the message body:
Post your reasons why you think the oil tanker has to be released.
or I want to start a discussion about it...
We have A LOT splitted topics across the board about the same subject,
I will open it now, but when I see it will go offtopic, or you get rude I will close it again...

Yes, I locked that topic because it had no reason anymore
The file was removed at the request of Michael Blunck
So why leave it open ?
We are very mad, oh come on, lighten up a bit, this is just a forum about a game, if I feel topics go the wrong way then I can close them
