Hi.

I have a strange problem when i try to move with right mouse button. After i press button - map sometimes drag, sometimes not (its really random). If map is dragged and i move mouse with keep right button pressed it sometime drop randomly or moves correctly.

Did you ever had similar issue before?

My best guess would be an issue with the mouse itself.

I have had a similar problem, and I have reported it a while ago. However it was only on Linux versions.
The main problem is the game freezing for a few milliseconds while draging and then the viewport was somewhere on the other end of the map, far away.

Why didn't i checked this way? I don't know. But you are absolutely right. It's hardware problem, right button switcher makes it double click, thanks for your tip.
