Station bridges?

Station bridges?
I know where i can find the station plattform bridges, but i don't know how to use them.
How do i use them?
Do i have to install the entire station set to be able to use them?

Hello Tram-man,
You can build these passenger-bridges with the Bauplatz and with parts of the normal station. You need the bauplatz for this and can be found in RobinH's set. The station packs can be found in Digidampfman's set.
Here's how you do it:
Step 1: Select the Bauplatz in scenario-editor, build the bauplatz-track in the game.
Step 2: Build the steps, (they are actual signals) build them one way on both sides.
Step 3: Build the bridges, (are signals as well) make sure you build in the right direction that they not overlap.
Step 4: Build the platform and the tracks.
Step 5: Build the station on the tracks, (I use the invisible station) and the station bridge above the tracks.
Step 6: Build the rest of the station to complete your work.
After some practice you can bigger stations and things like this !
Also one of the nice things about the bauplatz. It doesn't use a station tile because it's mostly build from signals

Thanks Sidious. Where might i find the bauplatz then, if i might ask? I thought i knew, but i can't find it right now.

It's part of Digidampfman's station set and RobinH's Bauplatz and you can find it on the German Locomotion Fanpage...
I have downloaded both sets, The station-Pack 1-4 (Bahnhofs-Bausatz Teil 1, 2, 3 and 4 bei Digidampfman) where the bridge over the tracks is in, and the Bauplatz (Known as Kombipack Teil 1,2,3, 4 and 5 bei RobinH) set where the steps etc. came from. Edited my TRACKST.DAT to use both...

Ok. I think i might need a bit more instructions. All im looking for really is the stairs and that bridge, but all i can find is digidampfmans sets. Not the kombipacks.

I'm not sure...I only use the entire pack, and for the stairs you will need the Bauplatz to build them. I don't think you can use them as a seperate object. Best thing to do is to Download the entire bauplatz pack and install that...If you don't know how to edit your trackst.dat it will take a lot of time to use only parts of it, or only the parts that you like...
If you do want to download both packs and edit the trackst.dat yourself, I suggest you take a look at my topic "problem with bridges" here: http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?f=37&t=49943 . I have a lot of text written there just to get everything right with all my stations and bridges. But you must have some patience for that. If you choose to just use the Bauplatz as a stand alone mod, then you can build stations like that as well. But I don't know if you have scenario's like the serpent, soldier summit or provo utah, and there is a chance that if you just drop the bauplatz (and all of the other files that come with it) in your objectdata folder that those scenario's don't work anymore.
I have edited my trackst.dat in a way so I can use the best of both packs and still be able to play those scenarios...But that takes lots of time and patience, lots of patience

That is a lot of instructions. Im just going to ask: Do you know what files are the stairs and bridge? And, allthough not completely relevant, can i add how many signals, stations, track mods, etc. i want to the trackst.dat or is there a limit?

I have almost 20 different signals in my trackst.dat, don't know what the limit is. Stations has a limit of 7 if you exceed that locomotion will crash, don't know how much trackmods it can hold...
