how do i use rar files in locomotion?

Ok, Google a program called winrar(its free), then download it then once its downloaded, since you wanna download some rar files, download them and it should open in winrar. Then unzip them and put them in your object data folder!

Or google for a programm called 7-zip, it can handle both WinRAR & WinZIP files, it is also free.

Ignore the bit about payment for Winrar also, the program continues to work even after the end of the supposed trial period
