I am new to openttd, so I don't know exactly wath is causing the problem.
I am trying to build a schipdock but the button is grayed and I cannot click it. The same for the ship depot and waypoint. I have build shipdocks before. I don't know wath is difrent this time. I think it's the date I have never gone to this date.

I don't have any patches installed and the only newGRF I have activated is the vacuum tube newGRF

Its 2089, iirc if you dont have Vehicles never expire turned on, then you will no longer be able to build ships and therfore won't be able to build docks.

Leanden found the problem. Attached your savegame with that setting turned on so you can build ships again.
