I was starting plying Open TTD several years ago, but I was not addict enough that time.
Now I download it again (OPEN TTD) and start playing.
surely, even after many years left the game still interesting to play.
I enjoy making train rails, but after year 2030 all the locomotive are extinct, I could not find the way to replace with new ones. such as maglev, trams, etc.
Pls advice.

I'm just going to get this out of the way with, you have actually built maglev/monorail tracks or upgraded your rail tracks to maglev/monorail right? you're not trying to get maglev trains on normal rail?

I am using OPEN TTD version 1. I use normal train.
but until year 2030 all the locomotive at the train choice were all gone.
just wondering, what should I do then?
Now I just play planes and road vehicles, all trains were old and needs urgently replacing.
I don't know what to do then. Please advise regarding the matter.

vehicles expire. In 2030 normal trains are not available, if 'vehicles_never_expire' is turned off (as by default). Use maglev tracks instead.

click and hold the rail icon, to get the choice of switching to maglev.
click and hold the road icon, to get the choice of switching to tram (trams only available with NewGRFs)

When of new locomotive am faster stronger, I replace them, but these last time(weather) I had a problem,
I had 150.000£ I wanted to replace the days before(watches) locomotives by any news(short stories) who cost 50.000£, when train returned in the deposit(warehouse) it say to me that it is impossible has cause of the limit of money, while even not 0£ were spent on this replacement ! Why ? They would have been able at least to change 3 locomotives, later I noticed that I shall not have money anymore, I used the automatic replacement.

in advanced settings you can change the lowest amount of money that autoreplace may use.
