TTS site & forum online again

As you might have noticed, the forum was disabled during the past few days, because the serverloads were very, very high (load averages of ~50). I believe this was caused by somekind of DoS-attack, which made the server ran out of memory.

Anyway, everything should be working again (at least, I re-enabled the forum because this wasn't the problem . If you experience problems while visiting the site, please let me know!
