What it does is fine
thanks to all your posts, I installed Half sample times OSI and get into an error message.
NuTracks are are without electricity customers and the subways tracks yellow, also from Foobar.

I'm not exactly sure I understand your exact problem or what you installed. But it's not the binary package of osie which is also offered for download.
While trying to build that package from source yourself, you seem to miss some dependency (or have the "wrong" version of it.
If you want to continue this discussion I suggest to make a separate thread in the OpenTTD development forum as this is not related to NewGRFs per-se.

it works now, thanks again, had forgotten to put the osie.exe with the directory. Interesting tool, but unfortunately no tracks in the grf's found, the gray pantograph.

I'm really not sure anymore what you might mean with "gray electricity customers" or "gray pantograph". Please post a screenshot clearly labelling what you mean (and maybe write the German word as well). I assume a language issue here.
What shall we see in the output of osie which you posted? It's obviously not from one of FLHerne's screenshots. And it does not contain the suggested NuTracks, so I'm not surprised to find the tracks in that game.

The red arrows point to the current collector.
In the Nutracks and Nutracks-nightly_206 they are yellow. My question is: in which these gray track *.grf?
The grf's in the screenshot shows any results.

NuTracks. Available railtypes are autodetected based on trainset or selected by parameter, therefore not all railtypes will show ingame.

I think what is being asked is where can he get a GRF with the electric rail in white rather than yellow. On UK rails that would be the "3rd rail" but I don't know the term for other nations' systems

CHIPS 1.0.1 is now available on Bananas.
It fixes all known issues with monorail/maglev/other non-default railtypes.

I found a bug
. Non-track tiles intermittently get replaced by airliners. Sometimes it's other random sprites (water, parts of buildings, etc) instead. See the picture below.
These are supposed to be brick/cobble tiles, taken in nightly r24545.

I've tried with CHIPS in various places in the list (top, bottom, wherever) but it doesn't make a difference.
I get one error: dbg: [sprite] Tried to load normal sprite #0 as a recolour sprite. Probable cause: NewGRF interference
Sort of self-explanatory error, but why?

Having fiddled with it for a while, I haven't managed to break it on its own or with av8 only. Any ideas for things that might be conflicting and why?
/OT/@andythenorth: I managed to get a plastic plant from FIRS generated in 1920. Is that meant to happen?

I had the exact same problem. It didn't matter what grf I would remove, another would show up on the Chips tiles. I went back to 1.0.0 and have had no problems since
