how can i use night weather in ttd?

Use the proper newgrf. Besides that there's no other method. Use grfcrawler to find it.

which new grf i need to chage it to night mode ? can u tell me plz?

give me night mode grf name plz. or give me downloadable link for that night grf plz

There's no enough information. Crystal ball is broken. Help me plz, I'm using a normal set of patience and some users want everything spoon - fed and not try to even look themselves for any information. They also don't dare to mention what they really tried (nothing?), what they looked at (there's the crystall ball again) and what there was the real problem (crystal ball...). Oh... do-not-readme... the unknown files.

As PM already pointed out, trying to use the search (google isn't that hard to find) and reading the manual might help you a lot. Showing that you actually want to put some time into it might get some help, this is only annoying people.

i had tried it but i cant able to add it in new grf because in menual they written path " %userprofile%\mps\openttd\data "path but there is no such data directory.. now what can i do?

read the manual again. The paths mentioned there are called differently.

one problem is that i had download all new grf as u r above link but nightttdw.grf is not loaded in new grf setting other all are loaded sucessufully
