[REL]Raven Valley Autoworks Scenario

Raven Valley. A freelance location near the Uphradies river. It took me 4 weeks. Enjoy

Story
The Year is 1991. Raven Valley is a peaceful area, home to about 4000 people. A small community, it thrives off of the local buisinesses. in 1992, the Uphradies river is Damed. The increase in power output sparks an industrial revolution in the area. Industries shoot up everywhere, oil is discovered, Coal and Iron ore mines spring back to life. A local company named "RVT(Raven valley Transport) begins buses heading to the industries, sparking the increase. Later that year, RVT goes bankrupt after being sued by a banker who claims that they are "Monopolizing" Local traffic. The decrease of public transportation lead to the need for more automobiles. Begin your duty to provide a car for each citizen.(25000 based off predicted growth)

If you want to upload pictures from the game to the forums you must use pictures in the PNG extension, because you can't use pictures directly from locomotion (Their BMP files so you must convert them to PNG).

Then click on "Bladeren" (Browse in English), select you're PNG-Picture from you're computer. Then you can add a line about you're picture. Next click on "Voeg bestand toe" (Add the File in English) and you're file is uploading.

Then add the picture in you're message.

Voila you're done !

Thanks. The scenario itself is going to be pretty straightforward. No hidden tricks or 'cheats'. I am currently placing mountain barriers in the map. If you play the game "My" way, you would go around them. Also increasing the difficulty. (I can't upload. I converted to PNG but then it said it expected BMP not PNG)

Progress Report:
  • Removed the Central mountains, found it unappealing in map and 3D view
  • Added Uphradies desert(Thanks ace combat 5 :D)
  • Added Steel mill by Uphradies Dam
  • Added Oil fields(10 Rigs in total, unreal? Yes, Useful? Yes.
  • 'Prefabbed' Areas of transport. All intented areas of track layout have a Grey ground texture.(Mainly where a junction would look awesome)
  • Added Raven Valley Capital, Raven Valley City
  • Removed Auto plant in Raven Valley City, moved to Diamond lake(A long distance away)
  • Mountains are now in different locations, one supporting Coal and lumber, one just coal
  • Added New locmotives, Coal mines near Mount Lance and Bullen
Request list from Mods:
  • Someone please tell me what I should label the Coal mine mod under WITHOUT replacing the old ones?
  • I would 'like' to have a boat mod of a barge... The cargo ships just look ugly...
  • Also... If someone would PLEASE tell me how to name Parts of the land without having a town... Its really annoying to have a town by the dam just so I can quick jump to it......
  • And finally, 20$ :shock:

I'm can't find this scenario in any of the new games lists.

What difficulty is it under?

Where did you moved the file?

This file come in the folder Scenarios. Not in the folder ObjData! :idea:

btw. I can't open the scenario. It lacks several files. A list of the files would have been good.
