Rollercoaster Tycoon: The Movie

Post by Born Acorn »

I kid you not

How could this possibly work? RCT isn't even about people!?!

I suppose if it gets produced it could trigger another RCT though. Probably more shovel-ware though; I thought RCT3 was terrible.

Well, clearly, Transport Tycoon: The Movie will be next! The forums will be ballooning with activity!

Maybe some amateur filmmakers should start work on OpenTTD: The Movie? :P

Well I've seen in the past the outcome of movies based on games. And those ones had storylines. :P

Although it could be some sort of joke. "The legend of Zelda Movie" etc.

At least it should be better than the Command and Conquer book I read awhile back.

I can't wait to see a movie about someone who chases chickens for half the movie and smashes every single pot that comes into his sights for the other half.

It seems like the only half decent game into movie film might actually be Prince of Persia.

The one based on C&C 3 Tiberian Wars? I have had thoughts about getting one but I'm unsure if it's worth paying for.

That's the one. Probably better to borrow it from a library, if they have a copy.

They should make Locomotion the film. It would end apparently three-quarters of the way through, be strangely entertaining, but just that little bit not quite right.

I have a feeling that the producers of those other movies at the begining will have something to do with this movie.

It could work if RCT would have had a storyline...

All I could imagine is some soap about a guy working at a theme park :P

The games are fun. But they both have no storyline. That is kinda something you need to make a good movie. :P

They'll just have to have lots of special effects to compensate. :P

Why? Tomb raider was not that bad. Mortal kombat was interesting. Resident evil - astonishing. Final fantasy - great. We'll see what will be with Warcraft.
