one question, the 1.0.1 installation can be cover 1.0.0,or should delete 1.0.0 first.

Yes, it should be no problem as "install" it the same way as you did previously, i.e. use the installer to upgrade if you used the installer to install and unzip when you did previously unzip the archive.
