[IS2.1.1] Can we run a Realistic Franchised Network?

Ok, so here's the scoop, i've got a love for the Wales and West Midlands Scenario, and have spent countless hours laying metal and electronics for use on a server. PeterT has lent us a server he has hosted by Jolteon, all I need are people to play!
This game will have a zero tolerance policy towards noobishness, it is a very serious experiment, and requires knowledge of the UK rail network and routes
There are 4 franchises set up, these have passwords available from myself:
- Wales Rail - the current operations of Arriva Trains Wales
- West Coast - the current operations of Virgin Trains
- Midland - the current operations of London Midland
- Great Western - the current operations of First Great Western
There are companies I've missed: CrossCountry, Wrexham and Shropshire, EWS, Freightliner. you are welcome to join and start these, but you won't be given a subsidy from Network Rail.
There's also one little thing. if you run a passenger only 'franchise' you cannot operate freight and vice versa.
Every year Network Rail will give you extra money (depending on your performance).
...Yeah, that's it. It's a 100% pre - built game, you just run the trains (and have fun trying to keep to time!)
Please post your interest for a region below, but you won't be the only person to own an area, and cannot set your own passwords.

Yet another new company has started - Mersey Rail, it is a self sufficient company (it has no manager) as it runs on lines used exclusively by Mersey Rail trains.
Mersey Rail runs from Brighton to Chester, although it may in future run services to Wrexham.
It has a fleet of 3 323's

EWS (now in DB Schenker guise) is running contracts of coal, iron ore, and mail. The company also has it's special loco-hauled Manager's Train doing it's thing.
