Patch: Show System Time Window

Hi,

sometimes I forget to see what is the real time because OpenTTD is running full screen. This patch solves the problem, which shows the current system time in a sticky window. An example screenshot is also attached:

That's a really useful patch, I haven't opened the file yet, but I imagine that it doesn't change a lot of code, so it must merge very easily with trunk.
