NO OIL RIG!! HELP!

I used openTTD on ubuntu 9.04 and could get oil from a rig. Then i switched back to windows and installed it on vista. There are NO OIL RIGS! I know its something small but its annoying me like crazy!! Please HELP!

Oil rigs are never created when you start a new game, you have to wait a while for them to appear.
Please don't use caps in the title of your post. Since you're using OpenTTD your question would better fit in the OpenTTD part of the forums:
