Year: 1989
Loan: 5,000,000 - 6,000,000
Intrest: 5%
Terrain: Small Hills
Mods needed:
None, This works with defult locomotion object data.
I Have spent a lot of time on this so please no negative comments!

Possibly, you could make the topic name as follows:
[difficulty] name (comp)
Difficulty: Replace with the difficulty of the scenario.
Name: Replace with the name of the scenario.
Comp: Replace with the number of competitors and starting time.
Eample
[Hard] Desert Dash (3-12)
This scenario is hard, named "Desert Dash", and 3 competitors start after 12 months.
Just an idea
Please include the screen shots in the first post, not in the zip.
A list of mods needed is recommended..

Well.. they're not negative comments as such. Negative comments are more like 'this is crap' (i'm not sayn this myself, I've not really tried this scenario yet). This more like hints.
Although, I would like to back up plastikman, screenshots do help A LOT. Just don't let this discourage you to create moe scenarios.
