Invalid sprite code 5/40

Hi, I'm trying to load the latest graphics but get an error. errorr loading new graphics: file "newgrf/dbsetw.grf" has invalid sprite #2,012 (code 5/40). I think I've downloaded all of the latest files and checked as many sources but there is no ref to 5/40.
Any ideas
