There's no C in "OpenTTD" :P

But as there's interest in a pack for TTDP, maybe we should add the other characters as well...

There's also no C in the screenshot.

Does, using a, comma, so, often really, help?

Its all part of the ying-yang of language that for every person who writes a paragraph without a single mark of punctuation there has to be someone who uses all those missing pieces otherwise the punctuation dimension will overflow and we'll all be flooded in a sea of commas full stops and semi colons.

I tried to give mine to Alain, but he didn't want them. So I had to use those myself. ;-)

Sorry about. :-(

Hopefully it is better now.

I've used these graphics for quite some time, they're rather wonderful. Are they a 100% finished nowadays?

Unfortunately not. Actic and temperate climate are done. One tropical house needs coding, the construction stages of another is missing. Toyland misses a lot of sprites (contributors highly welcome!) and some manager faces need drawing, too. For a complete list of to-do see http://dev.openttdcoop.org/projects/opengfx/issues

Shouldn't it be possible to just skip those sprites, as they aren't needed for patch?

Code: Select all

 1453 * 9 07 9D 04 \7= 00 00 00 00 10
 1454 * 3 05 10 0F

We could, of course, create a seperate TTDP edition. Should be "just" a few lines in the makefile and a convention on how to uncomment them in the TTDP case.

EDIT: or make it proper conditional sprites in the first place...

Splitting ogfx_extra into seperate parts for each feature (per #208) might be useful for this purpose...

Better use action 09 for such things.

Ok, Action9 solved it, thanks Frosch :-)

As of revision r168, it is possible to use OpenGFX in TTDPatch, just rename the files to trg*.grf and add the extra file to newgrfw.cfg and you are done. :-)

We will soon release next alpha, maybe we post a Patch version here then.

Edit: Download renamed opengfx from 1st post.

I am planning a small utility to make it easier for a user to switch between the original grfs and opengfx under TTDPatch. It will not take off for a few months though.
