i think you posted in the wrong section

*sigh* the first rule of scenarios is don't make it require any mods....

By giving people mod requirements you are limiting who'll download it. There are a great many users who will not download a scenario that requires a load of mods to work.
But hey, it's your choice, just don't be disappointed if it doesn't get many downloads.

ill will probably make an unmodded version too

Good luck removing the mods, i bet you rather would marry a frog, then trying to remove the mods.

just a suggestion, make some more terrain features, be it swamps or hills or whatnot, building on the flat can be excruciatingly boring

I'm sure the person that downloaded it doesn't need to be told how to play the game. And there appear to be plenty of large towns just as suitable.
