Same place you find "graphics creators" for TTDPatch.

GRFCodec, Notepad (or vi/emacs/ed, if you're on that OS), and your favourite indexed-PCX-capable image editor.

Its place is listed in the same message:

Those are the tools that you need.

And in his signature is the link where to find the first too (assuming you have a computer with something notepad-ish and a PCX image editor):

To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.
Current projects: NFORenum (Download) | PlaneSet (Website) | New Industries (download) | grfcodec | grfdebug.log parser
TTDPatch NFO coding consultant. (Private messages on this topic will be ignored. Ask in public only.)
(the link got lost during copy/paste, so plz scrollback 3 messages and click at the appropriate word.

Albert

Edit: Fixed number, counting messages appeared more difficult than anticipated.

Seriously,
you should invest at least A MINUTE on some own thinking. This thread starts off as the previous one from you I remember. Those are not good memories.

You can use also GRFMaker, that is downloadable from internet if you search it in Google... And you can find tutorials too, if you search for "GRF Tutorial".
