how many meter is a square?

As wide as it is long.

It can be anything from a few meters (based on width of bus) to a few hundred kilometers (based on time * speed of a vehicle travelling the tile) depending on what the square (in the meaning of tile) means.

For a Tile its not really known, proportions are way off in TTD but its approximately 1 km calculated from vehicle speed.

(Btw. Its written Square and not squire.)

A tile is always 32 pixel in both directions
