Narrow gauge query

I know and have a narrow gauge .grf file, but i was wondering if there was any way to have the narrow gauge with the overhead electric wires ?
In short no, unless you replace rail and electrified rail with narrow gauge rail and electrified narrow gauge rail.
In long, there is some (very early) work being done on newgrf controlled rail/road which would almost certainly do what you are hoping when it is finished.
