My stadium colors.

I decided to make a set to apply with the"town replacement set".
It consists in stadiums of various hooligan colors, each one (almost) has a big flag on the top right corner, or multicolored strips, and some have unique charateristics such as topcenter flags, hooligan colors, flags at entrance etc.. colors are based on Manchester Utd., Chelsea, Milan, Juventus, Genoa(or Bologna or Cagliari) and of course, Atalanta.
The sprites are ready, only need a coder.

Is it me or did you simply added some stuff to the normal stadium from original data?
Is it me or did you forget to add some construction stages?

I don't think this needs construction stages. Flags and such are usually put up after construction.
What I do miss is... sprites! As you might have noticed from the original graphics is that the stadium is made up out of several smaller parts. A potential coder can't work with the stadium being in one piece. All your versions need to be sliced up into several parts as well. If you aren't sure how to slice it up, just have a look at the original files. If you stick to that same format, you'll be fine.

And I think that for construction stages the original graphics just used the stadium grass sprites

Its a 2x2 building so 4 I believe.
I see you're also trying to do an "Urban" train .grf. Why not just concentrate on one at a time?

Oh, not a big deal of effort or fatigue for me.

I really fail to see the value of undertakings like this. Except from noticing some unimpressive colour blobs on a too well-known building, the question arises what will be the outcome of "coding" something like this? A copyright infringement at best.
So, instead of advice for slicing up (or not) some foreign sprites someone should hint this guy towards the
newgraphics documentation, and point out the possibility of using graphic overlays via
action2 for buildings.
