Using Euro.exe to add the € symbol into TTD

Hi,

I recently downloaded the beta of TTDPatch 2.0 for Windows.
I believe I have managed to get all the other new graphics to load in, but every time I run the Euro.exe i get the following message: -

GRFMerge version 0.9.5 - Copyright (C) 2003 by Josef Drexler
Can't open euro: No such file or directory

I have tried running it from the
C:\MPS\TTWin95\NewGRF directory and the C:\MPS\TTWin95\ (TTD Root) directory, and I get the same message. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong  ?

Thanks for your time!

I got the same but I instead of entering:
"euro"
I run
"euro.exe"

just open DOS console window, enter to TTD directory and run 'euro.exe' (not 'euro')

Ah thanks for your help..
doing that made it edit/recompile some GRF's..
Do I have to move these new GRF's into the NewGRF directory now, because I still don't see no Euro option in the currency list?

The Euro option won't appear until 2002 and only if 'morecurrencies' is on in your ttdpatch.cfg.

Oh I see... lol
Trying to be correct with the time lines I see...
Does it automatically change over to Euro from whatever currency your normally using at 2002 then?

Lol
I'm English, and fortunately we are still using our own currency... so maybe that hasn't been changed in TTD yet :|
