is it possible to have both national bank and citybank (from U.R.S.) in the same game?

Yes.

Now in my tropical climate game I use 1 national bank (built while the climate was temporarly switched to temperate by cheat) and 1 standard tropical/artic bank. How can I make this (http://users2.tt-forums.net/ttdur/ttdur.htm) citibank the replace for the tropical one? What I should change in the grf?
