Graphics that won't make it...

OK, I've had some ideas for graphics which I know won't make it... (for now maybe). Ideas I got after playing (Open)TTD or Sim City 4 (deluxe). Well so far these ideas are limited to three visual impressions, but I hope to make more of them in the future.
Why share it with you? Well maybe someone can do something with these ideas. I'm not asking for someone to create them, maybe it can be some inspiration, though I know there are a zillion suggestions which may contain them. For me it's just the fun of being creative with Photoshop and working out ideas. The quality of the pictures may be horrible, but it's the thought that counts
Anyway, here are the candidates for now
Idea 1: Corner busstop
Well ok, the thought is really simple. Build a busstop on a corner and let the busses enter it via 2 entrances or maybe enter at one entrance and leave at the other. For those people who think there should be more busstops

Idea 2: Executive home
Work, work, work! This idea came to me after playing SC4 where the mayor can build his own home. Why does our executive can't find a place he can call home. What about the possibility to create a home which grows with the income. (Ok, this graphic I made is not the best...)

Idea 3: Elevated Rail and station
Yeah, to do his the good people of OpenTTD have to rewrite the program, but here's an impression how it could look like... but a better version would be advised

- Please don't check the details too much ;)

2) We already have (perfectly useless) company headquarters, why to have another useless building...?

Idea 1 and 3 (which I like a lot!) are graphically possible, but that doesn't make the game able to use those graphics.
E.g. I could very well draw a bus stop with two entrances, but then the busses still don't know the existance of that second entrance and just remain doing what they always've been doing.

Not quite the same, but fun nonetheless.
For both ideas 1 and 3 the game needs to be changed internally, and that's something that shouldn't be suggested in the Graphics section but in the Suggestions section. Tell the devs to contact me if they need the graphics to make those ideas work

I think what Stefandepefan wants are fake mock-ups of how would look certain impossible features to code. This is common on most commercial games, the users rip the graphics from them and then edit them to look like they're doing another things.
That would be useful here, since it would inspire others to create patches or new graphics.

)3 is very very hard to code (by "code" in this post I mean code in source, not as GRF. All of the requests are entirely impossible as GRFs) as author means it, 1) should be possible (we already have DTRSs) and 2) should be quite easy.

I see this more as a fun thread than a serious suggestion. There was someone, who had too much time and he created some graphics, which don't have any sense, except to make the reader smile

1. Is not a fun suggestion. Original road vehicle stations' concept sucks a lot and doesn't allow for articulated vehicles. It has been discussed before and hopefully will be changed in the future. Pity the new ports project is in deep freeze.

Not useless. Company HQ generate mail and passengers. So you can make a profit of moving your own employees. On competition servers, I build my HQ next to my pax station. It helps.
I love the corner bus stop. Please include in Trunk!

Maybe I was a bit unclear about the contents of this topic. All I want to do is to create an image of ideas I got while playing TTD (or influences from other games). Most of these ideas probably won't make it in the game, but that's something I don't care about. I'm also not asking for people to create these graphics/suggestions/whatever you want to call it, but I'm hoping to inspire people. Ok, maybe the quality may become better, but hey, they may get the idea.
Anyhow, I made a new graphic for today, which may be useless, but don't let that fact stand you in your way. The idea came to me after playing Sim City 4 deluxe that got me thinking. What if there was a possibility to add a ferry to our ships. Not just a passengerferry, but one that also can transport your bus/lorry/tram? Well here is what it could look like if you mix up the excisting graphics:

Your thread should be under the suggestions subforum. And it is already suggested. Pretty hard to implement.

He's not wanting to honestly suggest these. These go in the category of "Would be nice, but unreasonable"
They may not necessarily belong in the graphics forum, but in the suggestions forum, they fit even worse. Everyone would just be talking about how everything has been suggested before and isn't possible.
