Well i cant seem to find like coal mine and such. And when i went on another server they where there.... Also i cant even find the opttd.cfg file either!

I would like to help, but I simply do not understand what you are asking. Could you be a bit clearer about what you want to know?

When i want to make a new Industry i would like to build like coal mines or oil rigs.
Is there anyway of putting so i can build them? as i went to another server and they had them on.

Also i cant find my Openttd.cfg but i ran the server from the dedi using Method 1. The only way i configured the server was starting the game first and "start server" on the game then launching using method 1.

There is a setting for building primary industries in the economy tab. It can be toggled between "not allowed", "like other industries" and "with prospection". Maybe it is set to "not allowed" for you.

It's under "Advanced settings"

Advance settings?? Theres no advance settings on the game...

That would be why Yexo said "Advanced", not "Advance".

If you're not using one of the English languages, try switching to one of them temporarily.

i knew what he ment but someone is going to have to tell me how to even go on advanced settings... cus all i see are game options and difficulty settings..

In 0.6.x it's under the button "Configure patches" but it was recently renamed in trunk. Sorry for the confusion.
