problems with New Bridges v0.41

Hi all,

first post, loving all the grf stuff, have been playing for years with the original game and its allmost like playing a new game.

openTTD supports high bridges, but the New Bridges grf doesn't support them?
You can see in the screenshot the bridge on the right is floating/dangling.

Left bridge is on tile high, the one on the right is two tiles high but the legs on both bridges are the same.

Why are you posting this here and not in the NewBridges thread (wich you can find in the Graphics section)?

It is a problem of GRF file. Also, PNG is a better screenshot format of 8 bpp graphics, JPEG compresion works bad here. I only use JPEG with 32 bpp graphics.

Why are you posting this here and not in the NewBridges thread (wich you can find in the Graphics section)?
Couldn' t find any, if you know where, point me to it so i can move this.

Actually (and please correct me if I am wrong) I think you have some sort of .grf conflict going on there. I have used Purno's New Bridges for quite some time and I do not remember any bridge in that set with those type of supports. I also cannot recall a rail bridge in that set that has street lights on it. Those are usually reserved for road bridges. Do you have any other .grf's loaded that contain bridge graphics? Could you post your .grf list?

It's not that bridge set. It's Drexlers bridge set.

I can't seem to locate a bridgeset by patchman. I assume he would've used the word "bridge" in one of his posts if he had made any. But I came across this beauty:

That bridge is camo from Andrex`s trafficsset, not Purno˚s New Bridges v0.41. The trafficset, simply replaces the default TTD sprites, nothing very special, and it replaces the pillars to empty transparent sprites, thats why you experience that too small pillars there. It was a good solution to remove the pillars, as long as TTDpatch hasnt got the ability to build higher bridges, afaik trafficsset is 5 years old?

Ok, i removed the trafficset.grf and it' s fixed, i wouldn't have figured out that trafficset=bridges.
