Remake of tar for 32bpp

There is a Main Menu for 32bpp here:

It seems that authors of this pack are:

Graphics by Joed, OpenTTD Development Team
Coding by Sergej_Sim, Simbirsk , Russia
But it contains images from 4882_z0.png till 4889_z0.png. I can't add them to my OpenTTD v.12754 with extra zoom patch. I don't know how to do it.
So, I've rename them to 89.png till 96.png accordingly, have apply to them PNGcodec with appropriate x_offs and y_offs, have put them to sprites/trgir folder and have put them in tar after that.
So, I have now MainMenu32bpp_v2.tar. If I put it to data folder, I can see Main Menu like this:

Ghm.... gui4fix.tar contains new graphics for GUI menu in game.
I've attach tar with STARTUP MAIN menu graphics.
Could you explain FUTURE format of tars, if you please?
Why is there openttdd and openttdw folders?
I've old gui4.tar, and it works well for me...

openttdd is dos, openttdw is windows. OpenTTD can only properly use the windows-versions.

Wrong, OpenTTD can use them both, even on Mac or Linux. It's just a diffferent palette, it has nothing to do with OS you're playing on

As far as I know there are no graphics for the main menu in current format. The fact that you mentioned JoeD made me think of the toolbar icons he created. I don't know of any main menu icons he created

I've create tar with image by Ben_Robbins_, but it doesn't fit perfectly...
By the way, there are some buildings on

But where I can download them?

Remake of MainMenu32bpp.tar, version 3. I've add classic stripe edging.
