So first when I installed openttd the fullscreen mode worked fine (alt+enter), but now it dosent work anymore. When I hit alt+enter then the client window just flickers and nohting more, so where is the problem?

How does it flicker?
Are you using correct and newest display drivers?
You could try to make fullscreen from the settings menu.

First change the resolution and then try again.
