I've downloaded the euro.exe file and ran it in my TTD folder. But I can't choose the euro currency from the option window. Now, is this caused by:

-the euro not showing up till the year 2002?
-a bad file?
-me, a computer retard, who always succeeds in messing up everything?
-something else?


NB: I searched the forum but couldn't find an awnser.

It won't be available untill 2002 naturally.

Well, if we here, in Eastern-Central Europe are also regarded as Europeans, then, concerning Euro, no. Definitely not. Only when I went to Spain and Austria.
We'll have Euro instead of Forint in 2008 earliest.

And, by the way, not even British, Danish and Swedish realise anything change in their currency...

I'm not sure what the euro is, but I heard it's incompatible with the Dutch economy.....

You also can't 'choose' Euro in the options window - it converts Deutschmarks, Francs and Pesatas to display as Euros in the bottom-right corner but not in the Options window so you must click Francs, Deutschmarks or Pesatas to show Euros.
