After looking at the rules, i found some typos.
8. Members are expected to post in a way which is consistent with "normal writing". Members should not post excessive numbers of emoticons, large, small or coloured text, etc. Similarly users should not SHOUT or use excessive punctuation (e.g. ! and ?) in topic titles or posts. Members who violate this rule excessively will be warned.
Should it be colored instead coloured?

First warning: You have been warned and are asked to change your behaviour so it fits the forum rules.
Behaviour should be behavior.
If you fail to change your behaviour after being banned for one week, you will be banned permanently. Attempts to sign up with a new account will result in any new accounts being banned.
Same as above

It depends on if you are from America or England or any other English speaking/writing country. Since Owen is Scottish he would you English(En).

What he is trying to say is that Owen uses British English, not American English. There's a small difference in spelling between the two.

Yes, that is correct. Ultimately, seeing as this is a forum run by a British resident, it should use British English. I do see how you can get easily mixed up though, as I think (but correct me if I'm wrong) many European countries that have English-speaking residents use American English.

Being British, I use British English. This matches well with the forum software, phpBB, which also uses British English by default (with a few exceptions such as [color] for backwards compatibility.)

Yes, because your post made only a small amount of sense to me, and the last part didn't make any sense at all. So I tried to make it more clear for others.

And us Canadians use a cross between the two (British vs American). It is almost like we are bilingual:)
