Some Help with a Strange Train Crash?

Hi!
I have a problem with a strange train crash, occuring when two of my trains try to exit the station at exactly the same time.
I have posted a couple of screenshots below... Why do the trains ignore the signals?
I have not had this problem before, but I have just updated my nightly version, maybe this is the cause...
Could someone please help me?

Can you post a savegame and exact version number? (as opposed to latest or something..)

Don't worry about it
You only killed 4 people, they were cargo trains...
It could have been worse!

...Jomp downloaded nightly. Burned it onto CD. Sharpened the edges of the CD.. Threw the CD into a mass-meeting place.

Incidentally his name is Jump, not Jomp...
At any rate, yeah, they ignored your signals there because they got broken in R12200
