Look at the first pic of this topic.
Two stations should be serving the industry at the same time. (2 names.)

If you want, you can make it even like the last one, but that isn't necessary.

Are you sure the wagons empty them self at the steelmill or powerstation?
You have to tell them to full load coal. (roll menu), because first option is full load with iron with this wagons.

Most people use a standard way to order there vehicles to go load and unload at different locations. The most standard way is for most people...

For Example...

If you have a Coalmine in New York City (Station is called "New York" and a Steelmill in Chicago (Station is called "Chicago Steelmill) and you want to deliver Coal from the Mines to the Mill the most used order is...

1 New York (This is where you fully load you're train, place you're train here after you build it)
2 Chigaco Steelmill (This is where you fully unload you're train)
end of order (It will auto turn and go to order 1)

However I only use this order for one track use only, and only if no other vehicle uses that rail or road. As soon as you drive more trains via this way on the same track (or even on double tracks) with these orders it's getting messy and some (or maybe all) of you're trains will get stuck.

A better way to give you're orders is...

1 Route through waypoint 1 (Place it after the switch/signal at New York in direction Chicago Steelmill)
2 Chicago Steelmill (This is where you unload you're train)
3 Route through waypoint 2 (Place it after the switch/signal at Chicago Steelmill in the direction of New York)
4 New York (This is where you fully load you're train, place you're train here after you build it)
end of order (it will turn and go to order 1)

If you have more trains (that will go to other stations) running on this same track between New York City Mines and Chicago Steelmill you must put more "Route through waypoint" markers in you're order list. This comes in handy when you run more trains over the same line (later on in the game) but in other directions. Add more "Route through waypoint markers" on you're order list of trains must go on longer distances and via different routeways...this is the easy'est way to order trains on multiple tracks and via loop-lines (when vehicles don't need to turn when they arrive at a station.

This system can also be used for other transport-vehicles exept of course for the planes.

I hope that this works better for you...if you need a photo-example I show you one but I have to make an ingame screenshot of it first.

Good Luck !!

I Got an older screen of it here.

It's no coalmine but I hope you get the point here...because this of course is a passenger-line. If you go to the first station (which in this example is Pinkhead) you can give the order full load between order 2 (the coalmine) en order 3 (route through waypoint).

I think it speaks for itself...to understand how things work.

Good Luck !!
