How do I make grdtogrf work?

I've recently been working from the back of the ttdgraphics posts towards the front, and as such I have what seems like hundreds of these damn .exe files that won't load

. I read that grdtogrf converts them but I can't work out why that isn't working either. I've checked all grdtogrf posts but still can't work anything out. Please help me!
(Sorry everyone if there is an explanation on a previous post but I can't find it and am getting desperate

)

grdtogrf Just Worked(tm) last time I tried it. What are you doing, what results did you expect, and what results are you observing?

Start a command prompt, go the right directory of grdtogrf and start with -h as switch...
For plain stupid grfs, simple drag an exe file on top of grdtogrf, you should get a grf...

Thanks eis_os. Everything working fine now. Apparently I'm just so dense that it never occured to me that something could be so simpl1.

Note: Grfs with drag & drop created are only for private usage as they haven't right grfid, descriptions and so on... (You need the command line version to set them right)
