I'm trying to download simutrans but I got the message it is not available
at this time on his home webpage. Can anyone tell me where I can get the game?

You'll have to wait for them to become available again, I guess. The other main mirror, s-line.de, has the downloads down too.

I found that you can still download version .80.0 at the place I first found it. They list it as "Simu-trans" though.

0.80 is very old, and many things have changed since then.

Today or yesterday the adress of an alternative download has been postet in the simutrans-group.
I hope the official download is available soonly again.
