The watertower has been modeled before, and A LOT better
. I suggest you model some of the train stuff as most of them are lacking (browse through the blender thread and the wiki to see what's done already).

Yes, this forum is probably the most up to date. Use the search function to search this forum for "water tower" or "watertower" or a variant.
