I can't get the new GRF-files into OpenTTD !

A few days ago I downloaded OpenTTD 0.5.2 and installed it . Then I downloaded some GRF-files for extra excitement but when I try'd to installed them the whole section was empty . So I searched on this website and they say that I must copy the GRF files into the openttd.cfg file . But the OpenTTd program that I installed was only a installation program. So there is no folder with OpenTTD (with the openttd.cfg file! )
Can anybody help me ? So I can install the new grf files ?

Welcome to the forums...
1) While personally I don't care that you posted in two languages, I'm sure there are others here who will comment negatively on that practice... For your sake, I'd suggest sticking to the first language that you posted in
2) What OS are you running?
3) How did you install the program? Example - Did you actually run the install application? What happened during/after the install? Can you actually start the game right now (so you can see OpenTTD on the game title screen, etc.)?

Allow me to detail how I added some newGRF files to my copy:
Once I had installed OTTD (into my c:\games\OpenTTD directory) I navigate to that directory and see several files.
changelog.txt, changes.log, compile.log, COPYING, hs.dat, known-bugs.txt, openttd.cfg, readme.txt, strgen.exe, uninstall.exe and openttd.exe
Now, the openttd.cfg is there now, but I can't recall if it was created after first-run of the program. If you can run openTTD via the exe file, then in my experience, the openttd.cfg file should be in the same directory.
There are also lots of subdirectories (e.g. data, docs, gm etc)
I placed my new GRF files within data, and in the subdir inside that called newgrf.
Then I opened up my openttd.cfg, scrolled down approximately 240 lines (search for [newgrf]) and added entries there pointing to the new files.
My newgrf section of that file then looked like this:
[newgrf]
newgrf/newstatsw.grf
newgrf/jcindstaw.grf
newgrf/UKRoadsetw.grf
newgrf/buffers.grf
Then I saved the file, ran OpenTTD and it was all working.
----
I hope that helps! If not, er, as Chicago Rail Authority posted, answer questions 2 and 3 and others might be able to help.
Ninja Edit: If you're under a variant of windows, it might be hiding your file extensions if it knows the .cfg file is a config file, so you should double-check those settings.

or you could extract the GRF from the zip, winRAR file, into your data folder in the OpenTTd file, where you installed it.
and once on the main game main, you'll see "new GRF Settings" then you can select your new GRFs
