Well, i was bored, and had a lot of cash, so i decided to play around with the harbor tiles... And i gave it a story!
After many small-scale terrorist attacks on maglev and bus lines, the company decided that the federal police-force was too incompetent, and decided to take protection of their assets into their own hands...
