press ctrl and drag the road, or press ctrl and click on the road to change the direction, block the road or remove the limit

You know I dont like this feature. C++ has more possiblities to do better oneway roads. On oneway roads vehicles should drive on the both sides of the road, not as normal road by one side. I can understand ttdpatch developers which have much harder work to do such feature. But OpenTTD is easier with programming. Its kinda out of realism.

I think that it is quite realistic behavior, that buses prefer right side of the two lane road and they are only using left side when they are overtaking. In Poland road vehicles are obligated to use right side, if it is free.

Is it possible to make one way roadstop? That would be helpful.

Surely if you have a one way road, and you put in a drive through stop it'd be exactly the same. As the station would be a one way stop.

But they will use only one loading slot, not the second one in facing direction, won't they..

In TTDP, they'll do a half-overtake and unload on the opposite side of the road.

Sure, go ahead and improve it.

before 1way roads i tried to fill up a road by seeing how many coal trucks i could jam onto 1 road, and that got congested pretty quickly, necessitating the need for one-way roads.

if all traffic moves at 70mph and the road is full, traffic should move into the other lanes

That depends on what country you are from.
In the Netherlands, when you are driving on the highway, you must drive on the right lane as much as possible.
So I, as a Dutchman, think it is very realistic: road vehicles drive on the right side, unless the road is very crowded, or vehicles with different speeds are using the same road, in those cases, the faster vehicles will use the left lane.

It is the same in England, but on the left side, Vloris but very few people actually obey that because they prefer storming past you on the right hand lane.
