I just downloaded the 2.5 patch but after run it say that "ttdpbasew.grf not exist" anyone know where I can get it??

You can get the most uptodate version here.

You can get it from either the TTDpatch Website or This topic here.
Once you have the file, put it in 'newgrf' folder in your Transport Tycoon Directory.
If you do not have that folder create it, you do not need a 'newgrfw.cfg', TTDpatch should automatically find it.

So I just need to put it in the newgrf folder and add the line as usual in the config file right?

Like I said, you only need to put the file 'ttdpbasew.grf' into the 'newgrf' folder.
