i am messing about with a game of mien and i have a mainline in place but cant figure out a good way to make a junction.

if possible i would like a station to be placed to the left with only the outermost lanes connected in each direction. pleas help.

i didnt find any of them helpful as my mainline is set out so differently and non of them seemed to do what i want, and also because im to drunk to see them properly:):P

not not quite, it need to be able to enter and exit on both sides of the mainline

You can just make the lines which connect your mainline to the station longer so they connect with the other mainline.

Take a look at #openttdcoop's savegames, there are plenty of examples there.

How about this kinda thing. Its scruffy, but you get the idea....
