How to make grfs compatible with alpine climate?

The question as in the topic. I have seen on some screen shots where TTRS3 have been working on alpine climat under the snow line. I would like to know how to reedit those grf and which bits (in nfo file) are responsible for climate. I would like to use DBSetXL in alpine climate, and I dont know how to use them there.

DBXL works perfectly well in AlpineClimate. Just put both file names into newgrf[w].cfg.

ok, but TTRS3 not. It works only on temperate climate. So I am asking you to tell me which sprites are responsible for choise of climate then I could do some modded ttrs (for only my future playing of course).

Well, if ttrs doesn´t work in arctic, there´s a reason, possibly missing snow tiles. I presume you wouldn´t be able to add them yourself to all of those buildings because this would be a major task. Better leave that to the author.

Apart from that, "choice of climate" for buildings is done by the "building availability mask" in the buildings´ action0s. Changing all of them would be a labourious task as well.

OTOH, AlpineClimate already includes snow tiles for all original temperate houses and lots of industries to work with the varying snow line.

Next update ll be in about 2 to 3 weeks, and TTRS3 ll be compatible with Arctic and Tropic climate then.

That seems great, but DBSETXL doesnt work on alpine (or arctic) climate on OpenTTD and TTDPatch either. Maybe something is broken in my ttdpatch and ottd. But it does not work.
