It's technically big enough to be a violation of the forum rules... make it 460x60 and it'd be a bit better.

It's not too bad as it is though, it's not *too* high at least...

What if I want to use it for three servers? Even at 60px high, that's 180px...

It's a php script so it should work with dyndns/no-ip etc. as well as with normal ip addresses. But why do you not try it yourself and insert your dynamic domain name at the "HOST" location in that url:

I don't think it works with hostnames, trying with cura.curaset.com results in "server offline". If I try it with the IP of cura.curaset.com, 202.155.174.78, it works fine.

doesn't work for me...

port is forwarded, but even with firewall off, replacing with my ip and port in the link results in a "server offline" message! =(

Sorry for pushing... That's normally not my manner...
But now that I have set up my own server to run continously (except the forced disconnect by my ISP) I would like to have a status graphic in my signature.
And it's still not working when I replace the date within the url with my server config. The graphic just shows "Server offline".
Could someone help me figure that out? Or could at least someone tell me how to access the server info via php? I could then set up a script directly on my server to display the info in a graphic.
I didn't find anything about the server info access except technical specifications in the manual... And the SVN files didn't help me neither... I'm fit in PHP, but when it come's to socket connections... ugh...
Thanks!

Getting info from server is broken for some days because the php script is outdated AFAIU. The only non-broken way that I know of to get server info is by a tcl script from Brianetta.

what about your signature?

Mine's of the dimensions that Owen specified. Apologies for also cramming in my GPG signature...
If anybody wants to use a banner like mine, they can. Remember to put it in [url] tags.
Default:
http://ppcis.org/standard/banner/banner.png
IP address only:
http://ppcis.org/standard/banner/87.117.209.194.png
IP address and port:
http://ppcis.org/standard/banner/87.117 ... 4-3980.png
Feel free to give it a try. Don't like my background graphic? Sorry, you'll have to use something else.
