i havnt watched a vhs since so long ago i think 'ninja turtles' was the last one i saw on vhs.

I don't believe in VHS.

Haven't had one for about a year.

Brazil is 3rd world country... then many people haven't DVD yet

DVD is not so expensive ... (movie theater is) ... DVD to PC prices are not more than CD Recorder .... DVD Recorders are VERY expensive now

It's kinda hard to chose because

VHS you can ff and rewind past all that copyright crap and adverts.
DVD is higher quality.

God, I hate that so much. On my DVD player this little yellow hand with a red X pops up when you try to FF through the copyright info. Everytime I see that little hand I fill with such rage!

Don't try to FF then - your life will suddenly become much less rageful!

Advertising... on DVDs... The ones i've got just has maybe 20 or so seconds of copyright info (which you can skip) and straight into the Movie... but these are bouth DVDs, maybe it's different for borrowed ones, if you've borrowed it that is

Also gasp, down under? No too hot, thank god , It just in the middle, really good temperature, mid 20s i think...
