But even if nobody wants to code it, Are there any coments/suggestions to improve this building?

It's missing shadows. And if those bends are supposed to be angled, the shading on them is wrong too.

hmm. Well, I do like the shape of it, but man, those colours are, eeeh, well...
And why on earth would I have an advertising for a Toyota Prius on top of my HQ? why not having a Helipad and a company logo or something in company colour on the two towers...

For coding shouldn't it be an ActionA with 4~ sprites?
If you want it coded you will have to break it into smaller pieces which are tile based.
[edit] At the moment it looks a bit off, try using some more pretty colours.
Also try to make sure that there is some Comapny Colours on it.

I have used the copany colours.
All the blue you see are company colours.
