Hover cars!

i would like to see a hover car in loco that comes out in about 2015 or something. one that actually looked like it was off the ground, but still used the roads. like a hover flatbed, hover hopper, ect. if it was already made, please link me!

that doesn't work. when i try to select it it says "some kind of file, but i can't remember" is missing!
