Coding - strange colors

I've got a problem.

I've drawn a small building, with 4 build-phases, coded it (rewrited NFO file from another building GRF) and compiled into GRF file.

But in game it looks strange, 'cause there are different colors displayed -

in the original pcx file were fine.

I use I.Mage program to draw graphics, using right palette from this forum.

Do you have any experience with this problem? Is it wrong palette, or anything else?

I'll post more docs tomorrow.

Thanks

I'm no expert (Never made a newgrf), but I'd say that's a wrong pallette. Correct me anybody.

Indeed, it's a bad palette.

Don't get all feckin' defensive Alex!

He's only messing. Besides it does look futuristic!

kk. I am quite defensive and besides most of my buildings are going to be taken out and re made by me. I wont be defensive next time.

Yep, Dave is correct on all counts:
1) Calm down.

2) The wacky colours look futuristic.

/me makes a note to release version 0.9.9 as soon as he's back in front of the correct computer.

In the mean time, Darkwalker, use this version of grfcodec. It'll object if it doesn't recognize your palette, saving you some time and hassle.

Thank you, problem solved. It was because of wrong palette.
